A: Yes, in general, we will strictly pack the fragile products, such as stainless steel, aluminum, etc. to prevent the products from being scratched. We can also pack the goods according to the customer's requirements.

A: Yes, we can provide free samples, but customers need to bear the transportation costs.

Q3: How do you guarantee the quality of your products?

Q4: Do you make customized products?

Q6: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept 30% T/T advance payment and 70% balance before delivery. We will show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.

Q7: What are your delivery methods?

A: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU, etc.

Q8: What is your delivery time?

A: For stock products, we can deliver the goods to the loading port within 3-7 days after receiving your advance payment. For production cycle, it usually takes about 15 to 30 days after receiving the deposit.

Q9: Do you have discounts for large orders?

A: Our company has the ability to supply large projects and also has very good preferential policies for large orders.
